FeRAM has a write performance far superior to conventional non-volatile memories such as FLASH memory and EEPROM. We are bringing out new possibilities by incorporating this high-performance FeRAM into integrated circuits (LSIs).
We offer ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuit: custom LSI products) with FeRAM, which we develop based on customer-specific specifications, and ASSPs (Application Specific Standard Product: products for specific applications), which can be purchased as general-purpose products, in response to individual customer requests. We produce ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuit: custom LSI products) with FeRAM and ASSPs (Application Specific Standard Product: products for specific applications) that can be purchased as general purpose products.

Products
Stand-alone memory
FeRAM stand-alone memory
FeRAM is a nonvolatile memory with features of high-speed write, high rewrite endurance, and low power consumption.
Taking advantage of these features, FeRAM is widely used in industrial and in-vehicle applications where the state of the device itself and its surroundings are recorded at high frequency.
ReRAM stand-alone memory
ReRAM is a nonvolatile memory that features ultra-low power consumption for data readout.
Taking advantage of this feature, ReRAM is used in products with small-capacity batteries, such as hearing aids and wearable devices.

Why Choose ASSP with FeRAM?
We offer ASSP products for RFID and rotary encoders. Our ASSP product lineup includes RFID products that offer radiation resistance and low-power write features and are available in HF or UHF frequency bands, and FeRAM with a binary counter that enables battery-free counting of motor rotational speed.
